    Return of Product
    Customer service and satisfaction is our #1 goal. If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase they may return the product for a refund subject to the following conditions.
    • The customer and or their representative is responsible for inspecting all products at the time of delivery. All products will be shipped without any damages. If product is received with any damages it is the responsibility of the buyer to notify Douglas Fir Floors and More immediately.
    • Visual evidence will be required to verify damages.
    • If for any reason customer wants to change order after receiving product, a 20% restocking fee along with shipping costs will be incurred by customer.
    • These fees must be paid up front before any product can be returned.
    • All orders are placed as the customer directs and the customer and/or their representative is responsible for accurately estimating the amount of product necessary. Any excess product ordered by the customer may not be returned unless approved by Douglas Fir Floors and More.
    • Douglas Fir Floors and More will review any request for return of product overage and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for all shipping.
    • Any special order may not be returned unless the product is damaged.

    DougFirFlooring.com stands behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within the guidelines below:

    1. The customer is expected to inspect the material upon arrival. If the product fails to meet the conditions stated on the invoice or the purchase order, you must clearly note it on the bill of lading. The customer is responsible to arrange shipment and returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    2. It is the customer’s responsibility to accurately estimate product quantities required. Product overages are not subject to return. The customer may request a return on product overages that may or may not be granted. The customer is responsible to pay for shipment and a 20% restocking fee.
    3. Special orders may not be returned unless the material is defective.
